Come learn about Sony’s Open Device program at Big Android BBQ

The Sony Developer Program will be a part of this year’s Big Android BBQ event in Hurst, Texas, from the 22nd to 23rd of October. Big Android BBQ, run by the non-profit IDEAA, is the world’s largest community-organized Android developer conference.

Big Android BBQ features an opening keynote, two days of informative sessions, a networking event, and food and drinks on the last day. Join us as Alin Jerpelea, Open Source Community Manager, presents a session on Sony’s Open Device project.  Here, Alin explains what Sony is doing to enable more collaboration and more innovation in the Open Source community. You’ll also learn where Sony’s taking AOSP for Xperia in the short and midterm time span. Finally, Alin will discuss how Sony will improve their work on openness around AOSP.
