Develop for Xperia M2 and Xperia M2dual
A number of Sony developer tools and APIs are available for the Xperia M2 and Xperia M2dual, including the Sony Add-on SDK, which is an add-on for the standard Android™ SDK, and allows you to extend your app to make it work with Sony SmartWatch 2 and a number of other Sony Smart Accessories with the Smart Extension APIs. You can also make your imaging app part of the Xperia M2’s camera app with the Camera Add-on API. And since Xperia M2 is compatible with the DUALSHOCK®3 Wireless Controller, developers can optimise their Android games with controller support using our DUALSHOCK3 wireless controller tutorial.

You like save on SD card? WHATEVER YOU DO DONT UPDATE TO ANDROID 4.4.2.
If you already updated to Android 4.4.2 then you know it ONLY “File commander” works properly.

If you got Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean MR2)
This is the only working version.

I got this phone and after I updated to version 4.4.2 ALL icons
disappear from startmenu if i “moved app to SD card”

Thinking of rooting phone just to be able to use the SD card again, damn you google.

If you dont belive me google this Android 4.4.2 SD card

Are there any Sony Xperia phones that support world networks ? so that one can travel around the world and can put in any sim cards and its able to use whatever frequencies available either LTE, HSDPA+, or even CDMA/EVDO.

and a bit of information, in Indonesia there is only one high end phones for CDMA networks, and that made people imports from Verizon. You might want to work with Indonesia’s CDMA provider like Smartfren which is notable for their phone bundle business.

      Hi Andre,
There are no Xperia phones that have worldwide support, only separate variants for particular markets.
      Best regards,
      Joe from Developer World
